Robert Lee, Republican Precinct Committeeman

Welcome! Robert (Rob) Lee was born in Cheyenne, Wyoming. He attended schools in Cheyenne until his junior year, when he moved to Cortez, Colorado. Graduating from Montezuma-Cortez High School in 1999, he went to Colorado State University to compete on the Speech and Debate team on a scholarship. He graduated from Colorado State University in 2004 with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Criminal Justice.

Rob has been involved in Republican politics since he could register to vote. He started as a member of the College Republicans at Colorado State University, working his way up to chapter chairman, state vice chairman, and eventually, College Republican National Committee Field Representative. He’s worked directly with campaigns in Colorado, Nevada and Illinois. These include Sen. Wayne Allard’s (R – Colorado) campaign in 2002, President Bush’s campaign in 2004, and local candidates in Illinois. In 2009, Rob narrowly missed winning a seat on the District 300 School Board.

Rob recently bought a home in Crystal Lake, and lives with his two miniature dachshunds, Jorge and Lily. Rob is an avid soccer player, enjoys outdoor activities, spending time with his family and friends, and reading as time allows.
